Col Crawford Motors Brookvale, is one of Australia's leading motor vehicle dealerships with a reputation for quality service.
The key role of the Consultant is to ensure contact is maintained with existing customers during the second half of their car ownership. This role is not one of selling cars. You will be expected to develop a relationship with our customers to the stage where you are the first point of contact when a vehicle changeover is planned. The successful applicant will be developing customer relationships and encouraging loyalty.
To secure this role we are looking for someone who:
- Has a superior level of customer service and high attention to detail
- Is self-motivated and disciplined in following our processes
- Enjoys dealing with customers and going the extra mile to create customers for life
- Is confident, well presented with exceptional communication skills
- Is computer savvy and enjoys data base management
- Can analyse data and identify the appropriate course of action to take
The successful applicant will have a customer service/account management background and experience working in a target driven environment.
