Ian was everything I hoped from a car dealer but have (previously) never experienced. No hard sell .... just hard facts and truthful, realistic answers to my questions. His courteous manner and calm demeanour made the whole process feel not like I was being 'sold to' but more like he was there to help me through a process...... which he did .... every step of the way. If you're looking at MG I can't recommend Ian enough. Top bloke!! Decent. Honest. Deserving of my business.
