Warringah Rugby Club Partnership 2017

Col Crawford Hyundai are proud to partner with Warringah Rugby Club again for the 2017 Season.

Big congratulations to newly appointed Head Coach, Darren Coleman (pictured with Stephen Crawford), on collecting his New Hyundai Santa Fe recently.  2017 will be Darren’s first season with the Club and General Manager Luke Holmes praised his appointment, “Darren is going to be a fantastic addition to Warringah Rugby Club and the greater community on the Northern Beaches. His professionalism and extensive experience will play a big role for any challenges that may arise. We are looking forward to what he can offer,” said Luke.

Darren has previously coached with ACT Brumbies and the Waratahs. When asked about the new role, Darren commented, “The Club has lots of potential and had a strong season in 2016. There is enormous community support and businesses like Col Crawford only assist in our Club endeavours to grow Rugby. I am looking forward to taking the next step and striving for more success for the Club.”

We are proud of our long association with Warringah Rugby Club, located locally at Rat Park, Narrabeen. With a passion for Rugby dating back to his many years playing for Warringah, Stephen Crawford said he couldn’t think of a local sporting club he would want to support more, “There is obviously a soft spot for Warringah Rugby and I am thrilled for the company to support the club in its endeavours to encourage our young people to lead active, sporting lifestyles. The camaraderie of being in a team environment with a common goal to succeed these are some of the aspects of the game I enjoyed so much and saw in my own sons playing junior rugby”.
