Celebrating the Festival of M – Bathurst Style!!!

Col Crawford BMW were thrilled this week to host some of our BMW guests to celebrate ‘The BMW Festival of M’ at Bathurst Mount Panorama Race Circuit.

Bathurst Mount Panorama race circuit is a 6.2km track which is best known as the home of the Bathurst 1000 motor race and the Bathurst 12 hour event in February. The Bathurst race circuit is extremely unique in that for part of each day the track is open to the public and then closed for racing for the rest of the day.

Hosted by our very own Rachel Sadler and Paul Kendall, the day began at The Rydges Hotel where our guests were met by a fleet of elegant 7 series vehicles which then chauffeured them to the race track. After a spectacular buffet lunch guests were introduced to the BMW driving team and presented with their own personalised race helmets. At 1pm the circuit was closed from public use and our guests enjoyed 4 hours of non-stop exhilaration, driving BMW M2, M3, M4, M5 and M6 vehicles and were also able to marvel at the spectacular BMW M4 GTS and the BMW M6 GTS.

The day was complimented with our guests being able to keep their personalized race helmets as a memento of the day (a well received and wonderful touch).
