Tiny Home Getaway Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Prize Details
The prize consists of a Tiny Home Getaway experience valued at $350 AUD.
The winner will receive a voucher to the value of $350 AUD, which can be redeemed for a stay booked through Into the Wild Escapes.
The prize also includes the use of a vehicle provided by Col Crawford MG, subject to vehicle availability.
2. Vehicle Use
The vehicle may be used for a maximum period of two (2) days.
Vehicle availability is subject to what Col Crawford MG has available at the time of booking.
In the event that no vehicle is available, the MG U9 or any alternative model will not be provided, and no substitute or compensation will be offered for the vehicle portion of the prize.
The vehicle is not permitted to leave the state of New South Wales (NSW) under any circumstances.
The winner must hold a current, full, and valid driver’s licence and comply with all road rules and Col Crawford MG’s vehicle loan terms and conditions.
The winner is responsible for the vehicle’s safe use and return in the same condition it was loaned, subject to normal wear and tear.
3. Booking and Redemption
The getaway must be booked directly through Into the Wild Escapes.
The getaway destination must be within the state of New South Wales (NSW).
Bookings are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
Any additional costs exceeding the voucher value (e.g., extra nights, upgrades, or incidentals) are the responsibility of the winner.
4. General Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the winner is unable to redeem the prize within the validity period, the prize will be forfeited.
Neither Col Crawford MG nor Into the Wild Escapes accepts responsibility for cancellations, delays, or changes outside their control.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Liability
The winner participates in the getaway and vehicle use at their own risk.
Col Crawford MG and Into the Wild Escapes are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.
The winner agrees to indemnify Col Crawford MG and Into the Wild Escapes against any costs, damages, or claims arising from misuse of the vehicle or breach of these terms.
